Jacki & Lynzee visited Shibuya and got to experience the iconic Shibuya Scramble, visit the One Piece store and enjoy Shibuya's Nintendo Store, Pokémon Center, and ChikuChiku CAFE (Hedgehog Cafe). The PARCO building contained everything a gaming/anime enthusiast could want with high-end fashion stores, a Capcom store, a JUMP shop, and a Nintendo Store with Mario and Zelda statues, Animal Crossing characters, plushies, and merchandise for fans of every title.
At the Nintendo store, Jacki and Lynzee played Mario Kart 8 and managed to get to second and third place. The store was a shopper's paradise, with home goods, bags, towels, and pens that featured famous gaming television characters.

Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3 Anime's 2nd Half Reveals New Visual
👾 The MAPPA Stage 2023 event revealed a new visual for the second half of Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3 which will premiere this fall.
🎉 The first half of the anime aired as a one-hour special on March 3, and Crunchyroll streamed it under the title Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 1; it is also streaming on Hulu and includes the new opening theme, "Under the Tree," performed by SIM.
🦸♂️ Attack on Titan The Final Season consists of two parts: the first part aired in December 2020, and the second part premiered in January 2022. Adult Swim began airing the anime in January 2021, and Funimation began streaming an English dub in the same month.

Crunchyroll Debuts English Dub of Mashle: Magic and Muscles Anime on May 26, Adds Orguss Anime to Catalog
🎬🔊 Crunchyroll announced that the English dub of Mashle: Magic and Muscles is set to debut on May 26, and reveals more additional cast for the dub, including Stephen Fu as Lance, Brian Anderson as Finn, Anjali Kunapaneni as Lemon, and Ben Diskin as Dot. The anime premiered in Japan on April 7 and is currently being streamed on Crunchyroll.
🔙🚀 On the other hand, Crunchyroll has started streaming all 35 episodes and the series' first 16 English-dubbed episodes of the 1983 anime series, The Super Dimension Century Orguss. The anime story follows ace fighter pilot Kei Katuragi, who found himself in the future after transportation went wrong and is now hunted down by an extremist group as he tries to go back to his timeline aboard his mecha Orguss. The anime is streamed globally except for Italy on Crunchyroll.

Director Hiroko Utsumi and MAPPA will premiere Bucchigiri?! TV anime in January. A promo video was revealed along with staff working on the anime, including Michiru Oshima as composer.

Utsumi is not only directing the anime but also credited as the original story creator, and script supervisors. Other key staff members include Taku Kishimoto as a scriptwriter, Takahiro Kagami as a character designer, Hiroyuki Saita and Kiminori Itō as sub-character design and chief animation directors, Kurumi Suzuki as art director, and Yukiko Kakita as color key artist.

📰 Manga creator Yako Gureishi, the author of Somari and the Guardian of the Forest, recently tweeted about their financial difficulties and desire to continue self-publishing the manga. The series had to end in 2020 due to the author's worsening health.
🌳 Gureishi expressed regrets about the Somari and the Guardian of the Forest anime adaptation, feeling uncomfortable about intruding upon the production. Gureishi also mentioned the uncompensated extra work involved in creating manga and their frustrations with the manga industry.

Delicious in Dungeon Anime's Teaser Trailer Reveals Main Cast, More Staff, January 2024 Debut
🍽️ The much-awaited anime adaptation of "Delicious in Dungeon" (Dungeon Meshi) manga by Ryōko Kui revealed its main cast, staff, and premiere date. The anime, produced by Studio Trigger, will premiere in January 2024.
🍲 The teasers reveal that the main cast includes Kentarō Kumagai as Laios, Sayaka Senbongi as Marcille, Asuna Tomari as Chilchuck, and Hiroshi Naka as Senshi. Yoshihiro Miyajima is directing the anime, while Kimiko Ueno is supervising the series scripts, Naoki Takeda is designing the characters, and Yasunori Mitsuda is composing the music.

Jacki experienced a jam-packed day at Universal Studios Japan where she went on a wild Jujutsu Kaisen rollercoaster ride and saw a real-life Loid Forger from SpyxFamily. The park has many other anime-inspired rides such as the Doreamon-themed rollercoaster.
The highlight of the day was Jacki's experience of watching the Jujutsu Kaisen team fighting a demon in 4D. Universal Studios Japan is a perfect destination for anime fans who want to see their favorite anime characters come to life!

K MANGA's Launch Lineup Includes 30+ Manga With English Debuts in U.S.
📣 Kodansha's new K MANGA service has launched as an app for iOS and Android on May 10, with over 30 manga, including Capeta, Baby Steps, Tomodachi Game, and Ace of the Diamond Act II debuting in English in the U.S. The service boasts approximately 400 titles including 60 simulpub titles which use a Ticket- and Point-based system, and the first few chapters of most titles are free. The service is exclusively available in the United States, but the company plans to expand to other countries in the future.
📕 The K MANGA lineup includes new English debuts in the US, such as The Quintessential Quintuplets full color version, The Warrior Princess and the Barbaric King, and Asami Kuroki's on A(nother) Bender! The service includes more than 30 manga that previously had no English releases.
🎉 To celebrate the digital launch, Kodansha will host a digital launch party for K MANGA on June 22.
