Just looking for some clarification about the #✨│shiny-boosted-hundo channel? Are pokemon there alway shiny? Or is it just a mix of all the hundo channels or what?

Pokemon can't always be shiny it depends on each person's game
so then its just a normal mixed hundo channel? why call it shiny?

"Boosted" means shiny rate is boosted
i thought boosted was when the pokemon had a glow behind it and it takes half as much exp to lvl them
