Hello I tried to run stable diffusion
Hello! I tried to run stable diffusion but it’s not activating, saying I have corrupted files. I have pictures of the issues it presented, would someone be able to help me?

I’ll admit, I’m new to stable diffusion and things like it so it’s fully likely I’m missing something obvious
Given what I’ve seen I think I need to download something for the AI to work off of but I could be wrong
Looks like there is an issue with your SD15NewVAEpruned.ckpt model.
You can download the 1.5 models from Huggingface at:

Delete that corrupt one from the models folder and replace it with one of these.

Your SD15NewVAEpruned.ckpt model is mot the correct format. This kind of thing happens if you accidentally download HTML content to the model filename for example.

It’s launching now. Only thing left do to is figure out what Lora’s are, I keep hearing about them.
Loras are like additional models you can use to add specific styles to your images, for example to look like a specific celebrity, or a werewolf or whatever the case is.
