Having issues with teleporting to a pokemons cords.
When I arrive the mon isn't there. Is there anything else i can do ?

I suppose your are below lvl 30 right ?

i'll assume that means i have to be lvl 30
walk a few metres around where the pokemon should spawn, it should happen a few seconds after gyms and pokestops load
once they appear in your nearby radar, pokemon should start spawning and your desired pokemon should spawn, but even then if youre below level 30 they wont have the stats as should be
Yes exactly because under lvl 30 you have other IV from spawned Pokémon’s
