I am confused on how to make pgsharp less laggy (because I use it on mumu player on my laptop

try Settings>Advanced settings> and enable Native refresh rate
Not sure if ur latios has bios settings but if it does that helps immensely if you enable virtualisation. Turn off ur laptop and then reboot and spam the del key to see if it opens or you can just google if it does. Then find th e mumu tutorial on google for ur specific version and follow the steps
