Luck Boost {Cases}
I bought all of the luck boosts for the cases, and I was wondering if there was a hidden detail or such because even with every single case luck boost im still not getting anything good, is there an estimate to the amount of luck boost since they all stack?

Case/spin luck only increases your chances, it does not guarantee anything.
RNG is what decides 95% of what you do or do not get, meaning if you haven't gotten anything of a higher rarity, RNG was not on your side.
