Press M - Vehicle Relate Option - Spawn Vehicle - Then u can choose either GTAV vehicle or go to Add-on Vehicle for a custom airplane

Check in the Add-on Vehicle section. They have some irl jet in there

Depend on the vehicle and ur choice of handling preset
