respawn pending stuck

FYI, we had a respawn get stuck in 0000N for the pending person to accept. It doesn't move on to the next pending person in the list even after waiting over 30 minutes. I kicked the top of the queue (i.e. the guy that it was stuck on), and the same thing is happening to the next guy. It's only the first time this has happened, but I'm just writing here for visibility in case of future issues 🙂
