All of my voicr chat settings are good and set properly yet I still cannot hear other players talking in game, other players can hear me.

here do me a favor, go into your windows sound settings and try to set your default audio listening device to your headset under fivem

works in everyhting else just not fivem

that is, odd. have you tried the M menu that pulls up all the server spawnables and ped stuff
there should be an option in that for voice chat
