Oppressor Mk2 - No Missiles?

Hi all, I am wondering about why the Oppressor Mk2 doesn't have the barrage of missiles I see that it has on regular GTA Online. I understand that FiveM is a completely separate entity, but was still curious about this.

Also, if there are any vehicles that can launch several missiles in quick succession, I'm very interesting in knowing how to get them.

I know there's a few addon helicopters that have barrage missiles

the Hunter Helicopter has the barrage missiles and more vanilla Helicopters too

the MK2 doesn't have a missile barrage even in GTA Online, it never had
