VSCode Performance issue for prettier
Hello everyone,
I have created an app using create-t3-app, but I am experiencing slow performance in my VSCode when working with this codebase. For example, when I right-click and click "Format Code" with Prettier, it often takes more than 60 seconds to complete. Other functionalities such as GitHub copilot suggestions, Git tree diff checks, and code suggestions are also slow, and some Prettier features are not working properly.
It's strange because my VSCode runs smoothly with even larger codebases than this T3 stack codebase.
Here are my system specs:
- MacBook Pro 14-inch
- 16 GB RAM
- M1 chip.
