For world textures to load correctly, you need to have enough VRAM to spare and have FiveM on a fast drive. If the problem persists, you can try raising the Extended Texture Budget value on Pause Menu's settings.
How to work around disappearing or low-quality collisions, textures, roads, walls, etc.
1. Check whether you have enough VRAM using
cl_drawperf 1 in F8.
2. Try putting your FiveM and GTA installations on a fast drive (typically an SSD).
3. Raise the Extended Texture Budget setting within the pause menu:

or in this case it could be an addon map
they are invisible so you will have to check what map it is and then tp to it

If it's an addon-map you had to wait to download the assets, you can show the download of the In-game assets in the FiveM settings if you want
