Stuck in passive mode and all vehicles limited to 25mph
Im very new to the game. I have been playing in passive mode.
When I logged in today I was killed by a griefer before I got to enable passive mode.
Now whenever I join the RSM server I have passive mode enabled and no way to switch it off (if I wanted to) and every vehicle I spawn is limited to 25mph.
Does anyone know why this would be happening?

Just to be sure, have you tried entering and exiting a car meet zone in the chill & drift lobby?
Also do you join the chill & drift lobby or the sandbox & PvP?

Hi, I play in the chill and drift lobby.
I entered a drift race. My car was still limited to 25mph.
Ive just discovered my interactions menu isnt coming up, this will be why I dont have the option to disable/enable passive mode.
Ive tried clearing the fivem cache and restarting the game etc but I cant get the interactions menu to show.
I was able to bring it up once when I first logged on to the server today, I havent been able to since.
When you load into the C&D lobby, find a car meet zone, enter it with a car, then exit the zone still in the car
