Hello, when I want to publish my WPF application with ClickOnce, I have an error: 8007006E and I don't know how to do.

An error occurred generating a bootstrapper: Unable to finish updating resource for bin\Release\app.publish\setup.exe with error 8007006E

yes I tried with ChatGPT, several Forums and recreated the project and still got this error. And I updated Visual Studio

I created a project with nothing in it and I have the same error, I uninstalled and reinstalled Visual Studio and still the same error, I don't know what to do anymore. I just used a VM and i can publish with
