I was recently been told to get gta on pc to play rp and this keeps popping up I have done everything in ability to try and fix this I need help

It says in the message what you can do to fix your problem
Clear up some space in your driver

I have over 1 tb idk why its popping up
If you didn't move it's folder, it'll be installed on your C drive. That's where you need the space,
