Uh my message couldn't be sent but all I said was how it was set up

I set up the welcome card on the website
then I set up the channel for it i believe
so if a member joins the welcome message is not being send?
can you send me a screenshot of
/config > logging > welcomergot flagged as nsfw for some reason
