Having a similar issue as the past few where I've set everything up on my dashboard. Exact channel reward name, copied to uber duck tts name from the url, copied the TTS Overlay url for the browser source and have it set to obs control audio and monitoring only. Doesn't work as much as I wiggle things around.

If you have had trouble with receiving new TTS messages after signing up, please sign out and sign back in, should have fixed it :-)
