Is Color Goggles Bannable?

i just wanna know if color goggles can get u banned, because i like to set my color saturation 100 when playing games but when im not playing games like watching yt or sum i need to decreased my color saturation because the color's just too bright, i wanna use this software called "Color Goggles" because it can set the color saturation when im playing games and when im not playing games, the color saturation will automatically go back to the default
