Getting 403 Forbidden in swagger and postman after restarting project.

If i restart chrome and postman than it works until i restart the aspnet project again. I'm on apple silicon mac, it didn't happen on windows. Any ideas how I can fix that?

The solution was to turn off the AirPlay Receiver because apparently its listening on port 5000 which I was using in my application.
