Green Hair
When i want to make an new character i cant change the hair color, its stuck on green hair color

Go and create an actual MP Ped and select which one of the parents u want to edit and then go to character appearance and there you will be able to change the hair styles and colours
Press M - Player Related Options - MP Ped Customisation - Create male/female
