Valorant needs a Block Feature
Let's be honest, Valorant's reporting system needs a lot of work. It's proven to be ineffective against hate speech, comms abuse, smurfing, and most importntly throwing. There have been many instances where people keep getting put into lobbies with rucurring throwers, we should be allowed to blacklist users to never have to play in a lobby with them again, neither on your team or the enemy team. There's really no reason not to add it, it not only improves the overall gaming experience by preventing players from encountering abusive behavior but also creates a more positive environment that encourages more people to play.
Attached is a poorly made visual example of you you'd block someone on your friends list, however you should be able to block anyone you deem appropriate.

if that feature is added, people would just block bottom fraggers
to stop getting them on their team, eventually people would block hundreds of people that the queue system would take forever to find players who hasn't blocked each other
in radiant, people could just block the other top rated players to stop getting matched against them. idea is flawed imo just must them if you got problems
i cant think of any other FPS game that has a block feature to completely remove certain people from lobbies you play in, probably a reason for it
