i don't have Nvidia
I forgot to tell that I'm using intel
lower your res to 720p
and set graphics to low
that all you can do

I had the same problem
I put every video settings to low
And the data I only put show fps
(Text)
And that time I had 50-60 fps
Now I decided to use stretched res and I get 100+ fps
Stretched res helps too
It makes ur crosshair bigger
