graphics drivers
Everytime i open val it works just fine but as soon as I get into a game it says I need to update my graphics drivers and kicks me out and I made sure i had the right drivers plus I just put in my gpu today its a gtx 1050

What type of device do you have?
Try freeing up memory on your device it helped me out
Update also
If you have pc I found that unplugging your charger works to have less crashes
