My account got hacked and banned, help me get Riots attention because you might get hacked too.

I was thinking to not post this on social media, but considered too because it might be a chance to get more attention from Riot. I wanted to play some valorant, so i turn on my pc and head on over there, i see that theres a permanent penalty for "Third-party software" you bet i was confused and flabergasted. I thought it would be my new drawing pad software ( Gaomon S56K if your interested). So i go to Riot games and write a ticket, explaining the situation and putting the software into the file drop box, but then i notice it... 5 Tickets written and "Fixed"... i did not write them, the one about the software was my first. Ill put in the screenshots i have ( The ones that i didnt write i put in yellow) but then something even stranger happens. My friends were waiting for me to play, so i made a new account so i could play with them until the situation gets fixed. I open Valorant and it take me to the tutorial (the range where Brimstone is talking to you.) I check alot of times if theres anyway i can skip it and there wasnt any button :'D So i continue playing and then it throws me out of it. I hear a literally voice saying "B***h" (Censored so post wouldnt potentially get removed) Luckily my Tracker (Overload) caught this. Ill post the proof too. I instantly check my virus protection and sure enough there was 2 viruses, i got rid of them. I dont believe that the viruses caused my account to get hacked, i believe its the tickets that were written by someone else and got "Fixed".
