Crosshair placement is important
in this elo, basically learn to place your crosshair
And find a duo/someone to play with
man my crosshair placements are elite but im still hardstuck bronze 3
Learn how to play with the team and comm

play with team but dont rely on them
also some aimlab training wouldn't do bad, like tracking, reflexshot, flickshot etc
If u improve these things and find 1-2 ppl to play with u will rank up if u just play much

And got out of low elo by doing and improving these things
me plat 1, i dont play a lot these days because i go at uni in a different city, and laptop can't hold very well valorant, so usually in the weekends when i get home i can play comps

i created an excel sheet, a table with the aimlab exerecises and tracked the scores daily for a month. there was improvement. also make sure you found your ideal dpi+sens combo
