Is it possible to refund a cosmetic after the 2 week period?

yeah you get a one time refund
just send a ticket to support
but u can only do this once
really? when I try to refund it won't let me
if its over 2 weeks i believe u have to send a support ticket

idk i would say like 1 day or 2
but i think you have to confirm it after the original ticket
so i might take double that
