Yes others have it too there’s nothing we can do about it
check teh pinned message in general caht
If you are experiencing a stuck notification icon
1) <id:customize> Remove News Roles
2) Find latest #game-news post
3) Right click and select mark unread
4) Clear app cache / press CTRL + R
This bug has been reported to Discord support for investigation
