how do I remove this permanent ping from this server??
There seems to be a permanent ping coming from this server. I have waited for over a week now and it hasn't been removed or 'marked as read', as I have tried such everyday. It is very annoying and I don't wanna leave this server just for this small issue.

one just popped up for me, not sure if its the same issue but i cant find a ping in any of the channels 🤷♂️
mark as read is not working for me either
I think it comes up when someone is live in any channel. I don't know though...
Have you tried right clicking the server icon and marking as read? Also you can try checking the inbox icon at the top right of your desktop discord client
seems like a disc issue, not exclusive to this server it’s happened to me in a few others, marking it as read doesn’t work it usually goes away after a day or two idk why yours has been a week
right click server icon and uncheck show all channels
Leave the server for a few days and join back
the ping is probably from the event ping

2) Find latest game-news post
3) Right click and select mark unreadwhat does the 1st one mean?

if anyone is struggling with the ping, go to this link, the mark the message as read or mark it unread and do that a couple of times ^^^

well you can fake ping with ping spoofer

click on the post and mark as unread a few times

i tired leaving the server and coming back and that didn't work

from what i've experienced (along with 2 others i guess), marking the message or the message above where the ping originated as unread then re-mark it as read might work. But you must know where it come from, and i dont really know if it works for everyone (since it didnt work for one person, which is insults)
