record your gameplay and look back at it for anything you could do better. always do a short warmup as well.

Play one two agents all the time aim train a lot
Wrong u should be able to fill and not be in every same agent u can main agents but not only play them. Sometimes u may need smokes or an sentinel.
If you truly want to get good
You need to main one agent
By filling you’ll improve less than insta locking one agent and only playing him
Like especially in low elo if you fill you won’t be good at any agent while if you play one you’ll be able to at least play one agent well

main a role and 2 agents in that role until the bare minimum of immortal

U have to know how to play others u can get instalocks and ur left w smokes u need every role in ur game u gotta know how to play them

In low elo smokes aren’t needed
Bcs smokers don’t know how to smoke well most of the time
