No Response
It’s been over 36 hours since I submitted a support ticket on the support page and yet I’ve received no response.
I thought maybe it was because it was too informal so I sent one again in a formal way and still no response. This is the slowest the support team has been and idk what yo do. The ticket is regarding my account

It isn't the slowest, as it's only 1 day 12 hours, they usually take a day to reply, however due to their high tickets, they take at least 2 days to reply.
As demonstrated, here is one of my tickets.
