Locked out ?
So I have a friend whose locked out of their valorant account, they literally tried to log in a few days ago. They got told that their bank is not refunding money from riot games. Is there a reason why this is happening if they’ve been playing this game for a long time now ?? This happened out of the blue

i think the bank saw suspicious charges and took back the payment, thus locking the account out
i always used gift cards so that cant happen
if they spent money in their bank account that they didn't have (aka they spent more money than is in their account), then the bank may have charged back those transactions.
Yeah I have no idea what’s going on, riot is supposedly refunding the money back but my friend never requested any refund
And now the account got locked
They tried to reach out to riot but they haven’t responded
your friend probably spent money on an account he bought
it probably was not his account and just bought it somewhere spent money on ti the account got returned to the real owner and riot is giving the money he spent on it
