I got perma banned from Valorant, and I have spent way too much and I dont wanna lose it. I got banned for using destructive comms and I didn't know it would cause an offensive thing but me and enemy fade was talking about the country "Niger" and arguing whether its a country or a town. How can i get it back please it was just a big misunderstanding

create a ticket and choose 'Discuss Personal Suspension or Restriction'
make your case and if you didn't actually do anything bad they might unban you
i really didn't do anything bad, we were just talking about the country
i had my friend there as a witness but sadly he wasn't recording
if it was recording it would clearly hear me talking about niger (the country) and how great it was and how its my dream to go there

most of the offence are from my friends too and other people that use my account

if riot reviews chat logs, it would see that me and fade was saying that its a country and we were talking about how good that country is
Dont say other people use your account they wont lift your banned and change the reason to account sharing its againt the riot ToS

both hasn't replied
and both the reason are they have mistaken me saying "niger" for the slur but me and the enemy team were talking about the country as you can see from the replay we were both mentioning the country
Its kinda difficult tho, riot rarely unbans perma suspension. Just like my account its perma banned cause of third party software altho its not cheat but riot wont lift it unless they found its their mistake.
But you can try to discuss it and hope its not bot who respond it.
