Valorant support

I have opened a support ticket in the valo support but when i tried to add a response it didnt work. it went away as soon as i refreshed the page. is that intentional?

As in riot got back to you and you cannot respond back to them?

as in i responded but cannot see my response did it get sent(is invis) or is it a bug on their end
