I sent them an email request on Riot's website and they don't promote the download of the ban, they can check on my computer and I don't have cheats and I didn't have cheats

Because I saw other requests here for the same thing that they treasure who did nothing and got the same thing as me ban perma
Just cause they claim they did nothing doesn't mean that's true
The use of any 3rd party program can out you at risk of getting banned, not just cheats or hacks.
If you didn't use any then you'd contact support. If that didn't work, I can't help you out
