maybe update to windows 11
Maybe just do a normal software update if you have any
If it doesn't work maybe reinstall
or just reinstall Riot Vanguard
this is just a general notice that old windows versions are no longer supported, I see it too but im able to play..
try doing a software update and if it doesn't work then delete vanguard, reboot ur pc, open riot and it automatically downlaods again, if that doesn't work then idk
