Vanguard is not detecting Secure Boot is enabled and TPM 2.0 is ready for use (Windows 11)

I have been trying to play Valorant on this MSI Laptop my brother gave me and it's not letting me do so because Secure Boot is disabled. I did go into the BIOS and enabled it, restarted the laptop and it still says Secure Boot must be enabled. I am running Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 and it is activated. I have a PC as well with Windows 11 and Valorant worked just fine on it with Secure Boot enabled.

Oh. Did you try the riot repair tool? I tried that, collected all the logs, and restarted my laptop and it is working now. It does show that vanguard has not met specifications and stuffs but it's somehow launched Also if possible open your tpm console once Mine was loading for some reason but then it loaded
