Voice chat and normal disconnecting constantly

Hey. Since a long time now, every time after the first or second match after i started up the game, my voice chat isnt working at all; cant speak or hear my mates. Same thing with the normal text chat, just says "chat room not connected". In the voice chat settings, i cant select a output or input device. Discord works without problems
