Riot please see this message

Hey Riot, I keep getting stuck on map loading screen and now i got stuck into sage and brimstone going to the teleporter screen without any loading option and this bug keeps giving me penalty. someone please help me. Heres a screenshot of what happend and the game just said "Lost connection" (Error code: VAL1)
