Can I report Players outside of the Game?
Hey everyone. I wanna know if its possible to report Players outside of the Game. I came across a Streamer Guy who said he has like 12 Accounts... I think thats not cool.

Not against the ToS.
But Smurfing is ?
Not really, they try to rank them up to their rank, as it's not fun. Boosting accounts and buying accounts or throwing on purpose to fall into a lower rank isn't allowed.
But popular streamers seem to get away with Iron to radiant/immo rank, so no idea how strict they are.
