Game being laggy.

Is it only me or I have good ping 30-40 like usual but I teleport around and stuff like I had network issues. It started to happen after latest update, any ideas how to help?

I forgot to mention that I did try network buffering in settings, restarting PC before playing valorant and restarting my router!
