I can't see my reply in ticket
Is anyone facing issues replying in ticket? When submitting my reply it alerts "Your reply was successfully added" , but when refreshing I can't see it on my end. But when I go back in ticket home page it says that 1 minute ago was the last chat.
is it a visual bug or something?
