Any high immo players give a hard stuck ascendant who consistentlt out performs team some advice

I consistently out perform my team mates and I know stats arnt everything but mine are considsrably better than most people in my rank yet the two that matter round win % and win % are in the lower percentiles. Please please someone explain what I am doing wrong. Im a raze main, ive tried to play support roles like fade and sova which im pretty good at also but then get bad team mates who insta lock duelits.
