VAN9003 Error.

Hi all. currently having an issue where i have got a new cpu in place and go to play valorant and its telling me i do not have TPM2.0 or Secure boot enabled which i do. Is this an ongoing issue that riot will fix or is it genuinely an issue on my end. I have screenshot evidence of my issues, any help/advice is greatly appriciated. I have reinstalled the game 3 times now.
