Riot Client/Valorant will not Launch (Error 43)

Hi guys. Whenever I try to launch the riot client, it sits on this screen and spins, and whenever I try to launch valorant directly, I get error code 43. I've restarted my pc, reinstalled the riot client and valorant, and nothing is working. I did play after the whole vanguard patching issue thing happened and it let me play just fine. This just popped up today.
