vanguard issue val 63. VERY IRRITATING!!!

ive literally tried everything. ive seen emails riot has written back and yet nothing has worked. I've uninstalled vanguard + valorant abnout 6 times now, and nothing works. uinsntalled/turned off my anti virus EVERYTHING!! PLEASE HELP ME
