if not contact riot support by filing a ticket

@its_haiderbro did u fix required dependency on win 8.1 ?
Windows 7, 8, 8.1 is no longer supported.
on win 10 i get BSoD and i have tried to fix it but i can't if u can help me fix it plz tell me how !
