Oh it worked for someone else i told but for me well i went on Valorant to update but i realize i gotta change my Network so i close riot client then change my Network then when i open riot client again to update the update button was gone and i could just play

For anyone stuck on downloading part, and if you use avast antivirus, i suggest you turn on passive mode and restart the computer, for some reason it worked for me, thats why im suggesting it

The riot support helped me
just follow these
"Press the Windows key
- Type '' Control Panel ''
- Select '' Networks and Internet ''
- Select '' Network and Sharing Center ''
- Select '' Change adapter settings '' in the navigation bar on the left
- Uninstall any Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter and any Teredo Tunneling
- Right click on your network adapter and select '' Properties ''
- Select '' Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4) '' and click on '' Properties ''
- Go to the bottom of the menu and change '' Obtain DNS server address automatically, '' to - '' Use the following DNS server addresses: ''
- Enter the following public DNS servers, one in each field:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
- Select '' Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP / IPv6) '' and disable it by unchecking the box.
- Select '' OK '' to save the changes.
Now to clean the settings try this:
- Close all web browsers and applications
- Open the windows search bar.
- Type CMD in the search space
- Find and right-click on the icon of the '' Command Window '' or "" CMD "" and run as administrator
- Type ipconfig /flushdns at the command prompt.
- Restart your computer
