anyone know how to use login approval code?

I made a ticket for my acc, bc i forgot the login email and username. In return, they gave me a login approval code that i dont know how to use, anybody knows?

If thats the case then either the people who read my ticket thought thats what I needed or they just gave it to me for no reason
