did you afk, throw on purpose, text abuse or voice chat harass people have a sus name, teabag
contact riot using the email on their website, thats all i have to say for you. they probably thought you were doing something you werent supposed to do. if you didnt, then contact them
usually youll get banned for inappropriate vc/chats, hacks, being underage, going afk, smurf, having an inappropriate username, helping the other team/ not helping your team

You gave to do something ingame , maybe someone hacked your acc or you gave the login to someone else, just doesn't seem right that you get a like 123 year ban for nothing...
