every second match i play, my fps caps to about 40. ITs really annoying, how do i fix it?
yes, i am a laptop player. but ive never had this issue until about a month ago.

your fps is capped in settings
or its not connected to wall power
its always connected.
and i know for sure its not capped
to anything
everyone is having issues since he new update launched...
ive had them since before.
this problem isn't new.
